What is included with my instrument rental?

The basic rental includes the instrument and a transport case. For hygiene purposes, you have to buy separately the rental kit ($27,95 +taxes) by selecting the rental kit option in your virtual cart. In the rental kit you will find the mouthpiece, reeds, cleaning cloths and products for your specific instrument.

What happens in case of theft, loss or damages during the instrument rental?

We will be checking your instrument to assess its shape when you bring it back. To make sure you don't pay any surprise fees, we strongly encourage you to add the maintenance plan ($2,99/month) in your virtual shopping cart that covers almost everything.

What is not included in the maintenance plan :

• Theft of your rental instrument
• The loss of your rental instrument
• Severe damages (beyond repair by a repair technician) or the destruction of the instrument.

In these three cases, you will have to pay the price of the instrument.

Select the shipping option or contact us after booking your instrument if you wish to receive your instrument directly at home. We will calculate the fees depending on your home address and charge it on your account.

We will inform you of those fees beforehand.
